Sleeping well could strengthen your COVID vaccine response

A new study from Current Biology finds that men who slept 7 or more hours per night vs. 6 hours or less had two more months of protection from the COVID vaccine.

The effectiveness of COVID vaccines also wanes faster for men, older adults, folks with obesity, smokers, and people with high blood pressure.

Thankfully, changing how much sleep we get might be easier than changing those other factors.
